Delivery Information

For customers in the United Kingdom, delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days.

For customers in Europe, delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days as well.

How can I track my order

After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a link to track your package. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours, including your tracking number and a real-time tracking link. To track your order, click on the "Track My Order" link in the menu and enter your order details.

If you can't find them, please contact us via our contact page and we'll do our best to help you.

What if my package is lost or damaged

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@lorovia.com with your order number and we'll take care of it right away.

Order marked as delivered but not received

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or building manager first.

If 3 working days have passed since your parcel was marked as delivered and you still have not received your order, please contact us at contact@lorovia.com and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives with a defect or there is an issue with the product, please contact us at contact@lorovia.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
